The former first-round pick for the Detroit Lions enjoyed success in San Francisco and stayed healthy during his tenure there. His departure will, without a doubt, leave a hole on where their most durable o-line member once was.
Although Tomlinson is leaving San Francisco, he'll be reuniting with some former Niners personnel in Robert Saleh, Mike LaFleur, and John Benton.
