DALLAS — Dallas Mavericks forward Maxi Kleber exited the team’s Game 6 clash against the Los Angeles Clippers with a right shoulder sprain. The injury occurred after Kleber fell to the ground following a shooting foul. The Mavs forward is doubtful to return.
The Mavs’ offense started strong against the Clippers. Additionally, head coach Jason Kidd provided a positive Luka Doncic injury update before the game. However, this Kleber injury is obviously far from ideal. The Mavericks are already without Tim Hardaway Jr. and Olivier-Maxence Prosper, so they certainly do not want to lose Kleber for an extended period of time.
